Neopolitan hair

My oldest daughter is looking for opinions. She wants to dye her hair "neopolitan." In my house, hair is not a battle I choose in the whole "choose your battles" way of dealing with kids. I choose piercings and tattoos. They get hair and clothes (to a point). Anyway, she has come up with two ways to do this and wants to know what others think, so she asked me to post it here and ask your opinions:

I myself like the second option better. Mainly, I'm just impressed that she can render herself so well in a simple drawing with such little detail. Anyone who knows her and saw that would know exactly who it is.

I say if you want to go pink... you should really go pink. I like option 2.

I think I like the second option better too. And also, future career as a graphic artist?

I like the second one better, too. As long as she's okay with the color being really obvious without a second glance, as I needed for the first one. I mean, the first one is "oh, right, pink" while the second one is "wow, pink!"

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I like the first option, but with the colors starting a little higher up (like, the pink closer to the ears, and then proportionately more brown). I think in the second option, the pink dominates and the "chocolate" and "vanilla" are lost.

I like two. And I think she is a FANTASTIC artist. She should do animation for a living!

I like the first. The second would be like 'oh there goes the girl with the pink hair', while the 1st really conveys the look. Can we see photos after she does it?

The first is subtle and distinctly shows the three colours; the second is a little more shocking and I am immediately drawn to the pink. Both are great - she really is a fantastic artist!

I just want to see a picture of the results. I think it's going to look cool either way. And I agree that her graphics are impressive.

I agree with Swistle: the first one starting a little higher up.

Depends on whether she wants to go bold or subtle. But I think if I wanted to do the brown on top, I'd put in a little more pink.

b) II! unless there's more pink in I, as previously suggested :-)
